ABOUT ME
I am an integrative counsellor having completed a degree in counselling with Plymouth University.

As an integrative practitioner I draw upon a number of counselling approaches to create the best therapeutic process for each individual client. My face to face practice is located in Thornbury High Street South Gloucestershire.
I offer my clients a safe non-judgmental space to help them feel at ease to talk openly about their issues.

I have over 15 years’ experience working with clients with many different emotional and physical issues including life limiting/changing illness and disabilities, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and autism.

I have over 5 years experience specialising in trauma and addiction. I have been an addiction’s counsellor within a well-known organisation in Bristol.
